Objectives:1. What are the origin, nature and amount of the main terrigeneous and anthropogenic agents entering the lagoon?
2. What are the mechanisms responsible for the transport and transformation of these agents in the coastal zone?
3. How do terrigeneous-anthropogenic inputs modify pelagic and sedimentary environments?
4. How do shift in non living environment modifies living communities (pelagic, benthic, and fish populations)?
5. What information can be gained from those results in terms of sustainable management of the tropical coastal zone?
